Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 8 May 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Ant Technologies platform — including any AI-powered features, branded sub-instances, embedded chatbot widgets, and APIs. By using the platform you agree to these rules. Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice, and may be referred to our upstream service providers (including AI providers) when appropriate.

1. Third-party AI providers

Ant Technologies' chatbot and content-generation features are built on top of large language models hosted by Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (embeddings). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' own usage policies, including:

We pass-through and enforce these policies. Where this AUP is silent, the upstream provider's terms apply.

2. Prohibited content

You will not use the platform — including any AI feature — to generate, distribute, host, or solicit:

3. Prohibited uses (AI-specific)

Even where content is otherwise lawful, you will not use the AI features to:

4. Compliance posture

For chatbots deployed on third-party-branded sub-instances, we apply additional content rules at the system-prompt level:

For Anthropic Trust & Safety: if you are reviewing this domain, the chatbot system-prompt enforces the rules in §3 and §4 above. The product is a per-property branded chatbot widget, not API resale. Each end-customer pays Ant Technologies for the product; AI inference cost is absorbed into our subscription. Visitors do not have direct API access. Inquiries: jd@appofamerica.com.

5. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this policy on any Ant Technologies-hosted property, email jd@appofamerica.com with the URL, the prompt or content in question, and a brief description. We respond within 48 hours and act within 7 days for credible reports.

6. Enforcement

We may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate access to any account, instance, or chatbot for violations of this AUP. We may preserve and disclose information related to violations to law-enforcement authorities, our upstream AI providers, or affected third parties as required by law.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect new regulatory requirements, new AI provider terms, or learning from operational experience. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
