Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 8 May 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Ant Technologies platform — including any AI-powered features, branded sub-instances, embedded chatbot widgets, and APIs. By using the platform you agree to these rules. Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice, and may be referred to our upstream service providers (including AI providers) when appropriate.
1. Third-party AI providers
Ant Technologies' chatbot and content-generation features are built on top of large language models hosted by Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (embeddings). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' own usage policies, including:
We pass-through and enforce these policies. Where this AUP is silent, the upstream provider's terms apply.
2. Prohibited content
You will not use the platform — including any AI feature — to generate, distribute, host, or solicit:
- Content that is illegal in the user's or recipient's jurisdiction.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.
- Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or violence against individuals or groups.
- Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or content targeting protected classes.
- Malware, phishing, credential-harvesting, or any code intended to compromise systems.
- Misinformation about elections, voting procedures, or candidates intended to deceive.
- Deepfakes, voice clones, or impersonations of real people without their explicit, documented consent.
3. Prohibited uses (AI-specific)
Even where content is otherwise lawful, you will not use the AI features to:
- Provide medical, legal, mental-health, or financial advice on which a user might reasonably rely as a substitute for a qualified human professional. Outputs that touch these areas must include the platform's standard "this is not professional advice — consult a [doctor/lawyer/etc.]" framing, and we reserve the right to enforce this in the system prompt.
- Make guaranteed-income, get-rich, or specific dollar-figure earnings claims in connection with any business opportunity (FTC compliance — see also the THREE International compliance guidelines we apply to network-marketing chatbots).
- Make cure / treat / heal / prevent claims for a disease in connection with any dietary supplement or wellness product (FDA compliance).
- Mass-generate unsolicited outreach, "warm intros," or social-media DMs at scale without the recipient's prior relationship or consent (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, platform AUP compliance).
- Scrape, mirror, or repurpose AI outputs to train competing models, or extract the system prompt to reverse-engineer the product.
- Resell raw API access to AI providers. The platform charges for the product (chatbot embedded in a branded experience), not for AI tokens.
4. Compliance posture
For chatbots deployed on third-party-branded sub-instances, we apply additional content rules at the system-prompt level:
- FTC. No income-promise language. No specific dollar amounts in projected earnings. Earnings statements always carry the "results vary, not typical" framing.
- FDA. No structure/function claims that imply disease treatment. Supplement-related responses include the standard "These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA" disclaimer where applicable.
- Refusal first. Where a user request would require an AI policy violation to satisfy, the chatbot refuses politely and routes the user to a human operator instead of attempting a workaround.
For Anthropic Trust & Safety: if you are reviewing this domain, the chatbot system-prompt enforces the rules in §3 and §4 above. The product is a per-property branded chatbot widget, not API resale. Each end-customer pays Ant Technologies for the product; AI inference cost is absorbed into our subscription. Visitors do not have direct API access. Inquiries: jd@appofamerica.com.
5. Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this policy on any Ant Technologies-hosted property, email jd@appofamerica.com with the URL, the prompt or content in question, and a brief description. We respond within 48 hours and act within 7 days for credible reports.
6. Enforcement
We may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate access to any account, instance, or chatbot for violations of this AUP. We may preserve and disclose information related to violations to law-enforcement authorities, our upstream AI providers, or affected third parties as required by law.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect new regulatory requirements, new AI provider terms, or learning from operational experience. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
